Clinical Operations IT Lead

Mitchell Martin is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations IT Lead to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Epic workflow configuration and troubleshooting, with experience supporting clinical operations through the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of EPIC systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs. They will also design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions with minimal direction from leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workflows and gather requirements to recommend technology solutions
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions
- Conduct system testing and ensure new releases are functional and effective
- Provide secondary support to resolve end-user issues and inquiries
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in business systems, software design, or project management
- Equivalent experience or alternate degrees will be considered
- 5+ years of experience supporting EPIC systems, including workflow configuration and troubleshooting
- EPIC Cadence and Prelude Certification is required
Compensation: $115,000-$135,000/year
