Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and maintaining positive customer relations, and ensuring all intake forms and paperwork are properly completed and filed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and education to patients with medical marijuana needs
  • Assist patients in selecting the correct medication for their specific illness and medical condition
  • Manage patient records through the use of Biotrack
  • Maintain and update databases as needed
  • Fulfill customer orders and promote all Columbia Care products
  • Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4 years of direct customer service experience required
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Experience as a key holder/lead preferred
  • Experience with Point-of-Sales systems
  • Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook
