Software Development Specialist

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a J2EE-based application with multiple integration points into various backend systems.

The ideal candidate will be a technical developer with expertise in Java-based applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams and technical leads to implement design
  • Working effectively within large, matrixed project teams
  • Providing technical direction and input on small to mid-sized initiatives
  • Acting as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level team members

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to enforce sound development practices, ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions, and maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to meet changing project requirements.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5-8 years of experience in developing applications in J2EE, Micro Service/Rest Service/Web Flux, JPA, SOAP UI/Postman, Angular, Springboot, GIT or equivalent Version Management Tool
  • Strong experience in SQL
  • Background in developing applications in J2EE, Micro Service/Rest Service/Web Flux, JPA, SOAP UI/Postman, Angular, Springboot, GIT or equivalent Version Management Tool
