Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team at Kettering Health Network in Dayton, Ohio. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will provide high-level clinical care to patients of all ages under indirect technical supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level clinical respiratory care under indirect technical supervision for patients of all ages.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and serve as a role model for our organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Conduct various respiratory procedures on a day-to-day basis under indirect supervision.
  • Exercise good independent clinical judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting policies and procedures.
  • Maintain productivity at or above required levels and ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved respiratory program.
  • Ohio State Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) licensure.
  • Credentials issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Active AARC membership.
  • Current BLS with ACLS, P, and NRP certifications for respective work areas.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $35.04-$48.43 per hour, based on national averages for respiratory care specialists in the Dayton, Ohio area. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
