Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operation and staff of the restaurants to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.

2. Monitor and critique food quality and service levels.

3. Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure exceptional performance.

4. Forecast and schedule staff according to occupancy levels.

5. Track payroll and revenue daily.

6. Coach and counsel staff to achieve excellence.

7. Ensure the physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant, including inspecting tabletops and side-stations.

8. Monitor current inventories and assist with end-of-month inventories.

9. Order new products as needed.

10. Attend department head meetings, conferences, and pre-con meetings as required.

11. Conduct timely performance evaluations of staff.

12. Maintain profitability through forecasting and staffing.

13. Communicate with the Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Restaurants, General Manager, and other relevant stakeholders on upcoming events, promotions, new products, and more.

14. Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.

15. Provide a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests.
