Job Title: Client Services Advocate

Western Illinois Home Health Care is a local, family-owned and operated company seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Advocate. As a Client Services Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

Job Summary:

The Client Services Advocate will work closely with clients and families to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet their unique needs. This will involve coordinating and scheduling care, supervising cases, and ensuring exceptional quality of care. This is a full-time position that requires work in both the office and field, with travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client experience and caregiver support through phone and in-person interactions
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Match caregivers with clients based on their specific needs and requirements
  • Conduct supervisory visits in client homes to ensure quality of care and make adjustments as needed
  • Assist with other office support duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour
