Vitalant is seeking a dedicated Clinical Laboratory Assistant I to support our life-saving mission. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and high-quality test results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks, including sample receipt, data entry, and communication with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
  • Oversee inventory supplies, investigate and resolve shipping, receipt, and labeling exceptions.
  • Participate in performance improvement teams and training programs.
  • Pack and ship supplies and/or specimens to customers.
Requirements
  • High School or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
