Job Title: Senior HRIS Coordinator

Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Senior HRIS Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Job Summary:

The Senior HRIS Coordinator will provide support to all Business Units, including new hire processing system functionality and E-Verify compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, customer service, adaptability, and accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support all Business Units (Stores, Corporate, Distribution Centers, and Buying Offices) new hire processing system functionality and E-Verify compliance, including monitoring store compliance with I-9 completion and E-Verify processing using PeopleSoft and Onboarding systems, contacting stores to address E-Verify non-compliance.
  • Service Now Cases: Respond and process SNOW cases promptly by verifying all issues in HireRight, Talent Source, and PeopleSoft systems. Provide password resets and auto-termination holds/rehire processes.
  • Support Stores on their associate's Onboarding & I-9 E-Verify issues.
  • Support the HRIS team with daily tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in systems testing efforts in the Applicant Tracking System, and other systems as needed.
  • Perform HRIS administrative tasks, creating notifications, creating reference documents, using Microsoft Office, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and running data audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, HR/Business Administration or related field required.
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience in HR Services/systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to set priorities with good organization and follow-up skills.
  • A high degree of accuracy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Preferred: PeopleSoft, Service Now (SNOW), HRIS Onboarding Systems, Taleo.
