Responsibilities- As a Sales Career Starter, you'll be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their staffing requirements.
- You'll work closely with our team of experienced recruiters to source top talent and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $35,600 to $64,000 annually, depending on location, and a $5,000 signing bonus in LTIPs. Upon promotion, Account Managers receive a base salary increase, up to $6,600 annually in cell allowance and commission supplement, as well as uncapped commission paid weekly.
The average employee in the company makes $73,000-$88,000 in year 2, $121,000-$145,000 in year 3, and $135,000-$194,000 in year 4. Account Managers and Professional Recruiters have the opportunity to win annual sales contests that include an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500-$10,000.
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401k retirement account access with employer matching, and paid vacation and sick time.
Pay Range: USD $48,000.00 - USD $62,400.00 /Yr.
