  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and Prioritize Workflow: Monitor and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and ensure efficient production.
  • Provide Direction and Schedules: Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department to ensure effective production.
  • Manage Workflow and Staffing: Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules to meet production needs.
  • Guide and Coach Employees: Guide and coach employees to enhance their productivity and performance.
  • Oversee Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the safe use of equipment and work with the maintenance team to schedule regular maintenance.
  • Verify Production Input and Output: Verify production input and output according to specifications.
  • Prepare Production Boards: Prepare production boards to report on performance and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience working in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma at a minimum, with a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other relevant area preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sharp production focus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes, and flexibility to work long hours as required.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to sit, walk, and move around for long hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and work near food ingredients.
