Job Summary:
Kao USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Packaging Leader to lead our packaging group. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing production trials for commercializing new product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of engineers in scale-up and optimization activities.
- Provide technical support services for commercialized products.
- Develop and maintain package component technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude of packaging materials and processes.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
