About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team at Pinnacle Charter Schools in Nogales, Arizona. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask.

Job Summary:

  • Welcome on-site visitors, including students, parents, and vendors, and direct them accordingly.
  • Create and maintain site files, prepare daily sign-in sheets, and coordinate paperwork for enrollment and withdrawal processes.
  • Assist with enrollment processing, including enrolling new students, collecting necessary documents, and verifying residency and eligibility requirements.
  • Take initiative to reach out to students, families, and the community to encourage new enrollments and student engagement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive file for all on-site students to help other departments address their needs.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors, students, families, and staff.
  • Ensure effective communications – telephone, post, and email – both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of calls, and forward them to appropriate staff.
  • Supervise the maintenance and alteration of site areas and equipment, as well as the layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of site facilities.
  • Hold responsibility for ensuring all services rendered to the site are held to an acceptable standard.
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained properly and running effectively.
  • Assist lead teachers and site staff with projects, events, and clerical tasks.
  • Support site staff in maintaining discipline for students and ensuring all rules are properly adhered to.
  • Attend and participate in site events, educational meetings, and work-related activities.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with students, families, and community members.
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate, personnel, and company business.
  • Coordinate overall administrative activities for the site office and participate in special department projects.

Requirements:

  • An associate's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of two years of administrative experience.
  • Experience working with young people.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include [insert benefits].
