Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, allocate, and assist with data transfer operations
  • Deliver technical support and assistance for monitoring services to Intel clients
  • Assist in managing workflow services
  • Coordinate with technical staff for task distribution
  • Engage with Site Leads and Regional Managers to prioritize tasks
  • Follow up with work centers to guarantee task fulfillment
  • Monitor and facilitate ticket management processes
  • Execute additional assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts for continuous operational support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • IAT Level II certification

Security Clearance:

Must possess a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires various physical and cognitive abilities, including speaking, standing, walking, and engaging with computers, numbers, and data. Candidates should be capable of managing stress, performing under pressure, and demonstrating strong analytical, leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
