Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Support Associate to join our team. As a Client Support Associate, you will work closely with clients and customers alike to bolster brand awareness in the community and drive sales revenue. Our Client Support Associates are experts in our clients' products and services, and they are excited to share their knowledge directly with consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to promote our clients' brand, products, and services
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers and confidently answer any inquiries
  • Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, providing feedback on areas of improvement
  • Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPIs to maximize sales and drive revenue
  • Adhere to our clients' compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process
  • Draft, organize, and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients
  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Associates to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Eager to improve current skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly to develop professionally
  • Ability to confidently present information to clients, customers, and teammates
  • Basic knowledge of the sales cycle is a plus
