Requirements
  • Experience

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and executing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong risk management skills, with experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating program and project risks.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or a related field).
    • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
