Job Summary

The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our restaurants, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple units, analyze data, and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor restaurant managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial data, including sales, labor costs, and inventory management, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with restaurant managers, corporate office personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years as a General Manager in a quick-service or casual dining environment, or 1 year as a Mighty Taco Manager.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Certifications: ServSafe Certification (Preferred).
  • Skills: Time Management, Organizational Skills, Leadership, Communication Skills.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including late nights and weekends, and be available 24/7 to address communications from restaurant personnel, corporate office personnel, and the company's alarm monitoring service.
  • Reliability: Must have a reliable telephone and transportation.
