Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Shady Grove Reproductive Sci Center, P.C. As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our fertility patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including blood drawing stations and lab supplies
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of lab specimens
  • Document patient care services and maintain accurate records
  • Assist physicians and ultrasound technicians with various procedures
  • Provide general clinical assistance, including taking vital signs and performing administrative tasks
  • Cross-train in front desk and administrative duties
Requirements
  • High School diploma; Associate's degree preferred
  • Strong phlebotomy skills and experience in healthcare
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
