The Rehabilitation Therapist (OT, OTR) in Home Health is tasked with assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional abilities, daily living activities, fine motor skills, home evaluations, adaptive equipment, and other therapy requirements as dictated by medical conditions.

From this assessment, the Rehabilitation Therapist collaborates to formulate a treatment plan, implements interventions aimed at enhancing the patient's well-being, and monitors the patient's progress.

License Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Washington
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
