Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in Cota Centralia. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support. Responsibilities:

* Assist occupational therapists in the delivery of patient care, including implementing treatment plans and providing education to patients and families.
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

* Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Washington.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA in a rehabilitation setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with patients with SNF experience and rehabilitation therapy.
* Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy principles and practices.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.
