Women's Health Services Registered Nurse PRN Days

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health Services team on a PRN (as-needed) basis, working days (7am-7pm). As a member of our team, you will provide direct comprehensive nursing care to patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and a positive work environment.
About the Department:Our Women's Health Services unit is a 19-bed unit utilizing a couplet care model, following AWHONN staffing guidelines. We care for female post-operative patients who have recently undergone gynecological or bariatric procedures. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and colleagues.
- Function as an on-shift team member, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
- NRP certification (obtained within 6 months of hire).
- S.T.A.B.L.E certification (obtained within 12 months of hire).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in Women's Health to be eligible to work PRN.
