We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. As a key member of our Front Office Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Guest Services and Parking Operations departments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the Guest Services and Parking Operations teams to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and associate development.
- Assist with training, counseling, and coaching associates to ensure they meet standard operating procedures and exceed service expectations.
- Follow all Loss Prevention procedures regarding guest property, safety, and security.
- Assist with financial aspects of the department, including revenue and expenses.
- Resort experience with an emphasis on Front Office and Guest Services.
- Previous supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
- Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to provide a clean DMV printout.
- TIPS Alcohol Certification required upon hire.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, feel, reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must constantly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
CompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $66,560k - $70,000k. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience.
