Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care to patients, including personal grooming and hygiene assistance.
  • Support with oral, denture, skin care, and bathing, dressing, and bathroom needs.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transfers from bed to wheelchair using proper transfer belts.
  • Take vital signs and record information.
  • Escort patients to dining areas for meals and assist with feeding if needed.
  • Document patient information regarding health, I&O, medical condition changes, and care provided.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia is required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $33,280 - $37,440 based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.
