Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager and Executive Administrator to join our team at our Rolls-Royce Naval Marine site in Walpole, MA. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to internal functions, managing calendars, and coordinating site activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to internal functions, including booking travel and managing expenses
  • Manage calendars and organize large meetings on site
  • Manage vending/coffee program, site visitor list, office supply stock, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing as required
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Draft and send sitewide communications on behalf of the functional teams
