Position Overview:
The Family Caseworker will serve as a dedicated point of contact for families, providing comprehensive support and services to ensure their successful participation in the program. In collaboration with the clinical team, the Family Caseworker will develop and maintain relationships with families, identifying and addressing their unique needs and challenges. This role requires a nonjudgmental approach, focusing on skill building and behavior modification techniques to support family well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, providing ongoing support and services
- Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address family needs and challenges
- Implement behavior modification techniques and skill building strategies to support family well-being
- Function as a member of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- Prior experience in social service, mental health, or child welfare field preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
