Production Assembler

Are you ready to advance your career? We are seeking a dedicated individual for a Production Assembler role. This position is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to learn. The perfect candidate will have prior experience in assembly or a related field.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 5 AM - 3:30 PM
Education: No Degree Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to the current Quality Management System and Safety Management System
  • Assembling sub-assemblies and installing accessory components and materials; wiring basic electrical connections according to applicable diagrams
  • Inspecting products to ensure compliance with quality, engineering, and customer specifications
  • Utilizing hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools
  • Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials and products using available lifting equipment
  • Completing and maintaining all associated electronic process paperwork, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, and shipping materials
  • Upholding departmental housekeeping and 5S standards

Essential Functions:

  • Wearing steel toe shoes
  • Manual lifting of up to 50 lbs
  • Standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Working up to 5 hours of overtime weekly
  • Availability for weekend shifts
