**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Receiving team. This critical role specializes in picking orders and maintaining inventory accuracy, reporting to the Inventory Supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Receive inventory using Merchology's processes, inventory and ERP systems.
  • Perform cycle counts within ShipHawk.
  • Safely operate order picker equipment.
  • Print orders to pick and pack using scanners.
  • Ability to work independently at times throughout the day.
  • Ability to give directions to other team members.
  • Ability to implement ideas and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Understanding of equipment and process knowledge to troubleshoot intermediate level order issues.
  • Count and inspect all product related to the work order.
  • Communicate between departments in the company through HubSpot and emails.
  • Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.

**Requirements**

  • Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a dock truck for pickup and delivery.
  • Ability to stand for 5-8 hours per day.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, especially Excel.
  • Ability to identify colors and shades.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
  • Ability to respect and follow Merchology's core values while working toward company goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Experience working in a warehouse setting.
