Job Summary

The Territory Account Specialist will be responsible for managing frontline communication with customers and prospective customers within an assigned region. This role involves handling inbound leads and calls, working to qualify and convert them into rental customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and carry out travel to visit in-person customers and prospective customers in your regional territory.
  • Answer incoming web forms and inbound calls with urgency.
  • Convert leads and prospects to new accounts with a 6% close ratio.
Requirements
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, customers, and company contacts.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to perform the above duties with little supervision.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
