Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiovascular team at Ascension St. John. As a Vascular Surgery APP, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Obtain patient history and perform assessments via observation, interview, and examination.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies.
- Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions via referral to other healthcare providers or community resources.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options, and community resources.
- Document delivery of healthcare and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
