About the Opportunity: Join ThinkTank Telecom's dynamic team as a Direct Market Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our Lifeline and ACP services in Greensboro, NC. With a strong emphasis on sales and marketing, leadership, and team management, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, focusing on maximizing service outreach and customer accessibility.
  • Territory Management: Manage a designated territory, including identifying and securing optimal Partner locations, ensuring efficient oversight of all inventory, and equipping enrollment specialists for successful subscriber engagements.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, attract, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions, providing comprehensive training for specialists to ensure they possess the necessary product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance standards.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, maintaining operational integrity throughout the enrollment process.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process, evaluating and enhancing the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
