About the Role:

At Great Western Dining, we're committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality baked goods that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Unload, clean, and operate mixers to ensure efficient production

• Maintain daily production, sanitation sheets, and applicable forms to guarantee adherence to our high standards

• Assist with kitchen cleaning and maintain a sanitary work environment

• Meet or exceed established HACCP sanitation and safety standards

• Perform other duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

• Be dependable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Possess the skills to make desserts from scratch, with a focus on quality and presentation

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues

• Have experience in production line baking or food processing, with knowledge of proper food handling and safety guidelines

• Be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with the ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and follow directions for equipment and recipe production
