Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to hotel guests during their stay, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding their expectations.
  • Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, including processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed.
  • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process.
  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
Qualifications:
  • Must be computer proficient, with experience with accounting or reservation software a plus.
  • Some college is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Flexible overnight hours are required.
  • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor, or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
Compensation:

$16 per hour based on experience.
