- Design and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership and coaching to staff to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical education and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing through an Accredited Educational Institution.
- Clinical Nurse Specialist Certification through the BRN.
- 3 years of experience in acute care nursing and education/training.
- Experience with quality metrics and action planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nursing Professional Development Certification or in specialty area of practice.
- Additional certifications may be required dependent on setting and service line supporting.
