As a direct funder, we deliver customized financial solutions with agility. We seek an experienced ISO Relations Manager to expand our network independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate should have industry expertise.

The successful candidate will cultivate referral partnerships across the country, focusing on independent sales organizations (ISOs). Key responsibilities include building a broker network in the MCA industry, facilitating credit decisions, monitoring deal performance metrics, maintaining market share, and achieving volume targets. A strong track record in Alternative Finance products is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop & manage relationships with ISOs
  • • Oversee ISO deal flow
  • • Monitor ISO performance
  • • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the ISOs and internal ISO Managers

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Merchant Cash Advance Industry
  • An existing book of business/contacts in the MCA space
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • A proven track record in Alternative Finance products
  • A strong drive to generate new business
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • An outgoing and energetic personality

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the average salary for similar roles in the NYC area.
