Job Overview

This role requires flexibility to work during holidays, overtime, nights, and weekends as necessary.

COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.29 to $20.00. This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of compensation for this role at the time of posting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process food orders and serve customers
  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and guidelines
  • Ensure proper food storage by following safety policies and procedures
  • Welcome and assist customers while anticipating their needs
  • Support the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the concession stand
  • Complete assigned opening and closing tasks based on operational hours
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment throughout service and at the end of the shift
  • Ensure adequate stock levels at assigned locations during service and replenish items as necessary
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with all alcohol service and food safety regulations
  • Deliver excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Safeguard company assets
  • Accept constructive feedback and communicate ideas and concerns to leadership

This position reports directly to the Concessions Stand Lead and Concessions Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older (Required)
  • TEAM/TiPS Certification (Preferred) - training provided upon hire as needed
  • ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required) - training and certification provided upon hire as needed
  • Basic math and counting skills (Required)
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Demonstrate the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
  • Willingness to adapt to changes and new procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet service time schedules, and adjust to unforeseen changes
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or personal protective equipment may be required.

Compensation Information

The hourly pay for this position is $20. This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of compensation for this role at the time of posting.

If hired, the employee will be in an at-will position, and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation programs at any time for any reason, including individual performance, departmental performance, and market factors.
