Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations efficiently.
- Continuously monitor and maintain plant equipment to reduce unexpected downtime.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the plant.
- Engage in special projects and perform additional tasks as required.
- Operate company vehicles safely on-site.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude with a preference for experience in pumps and valves.
- Ability to navigate scaffolding and ladders exceeding 30 feet.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Experience with high-voltage equipment and chemicals is advantageous.
