Job Summary

We're looking for an intermediate-level architect with significant retail experience to work with us on exciting new retail projects. As an intermediate architect, you will be deeply involved in project development from schematic design to construction, with significant opportunity for team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior staff and principals on each new project, receiving valuable mentorship from veteran architects as you perfect your craft.
  • Develop and implement retail design solutions that meet the needs of high-end retail brands.
  • Manage projects and teams, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our design and project delivery processes.
Requirements
  • BArch, MArch or equivalent Interior Design degree.
  • 2-6 years of experience working in an architecture or design firm required.
  • Significant experience with tenant fit-out projects, permit sets, and building permits, and an ability to anticipate commercial landlords' requirements.
  • Strong drafting skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit, preferably both.
  • Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Enscape, Sketchup, Rhino, VRay proficiency a plus.
  • Experience managing projects and teams.
  • Strong, clear communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced projects and deadlines.
