Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Nephrologists to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Conduct educational workshops to keep the team up-to-date on the latest technologies and evidence-based practices
  • Monitor patients' conditions and lab results to ensure the safety and success of their chosen modality
  • Provide on-call support to patients through an answering service
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • 12 months of experience in nursing
  • Additional 3 months of experience with specific modality
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CPR certification
  • BLS certification
