- Media Planning: Develop and execute media plans that optimize budget allocation, maximize reach and frequency, and drive business results.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging media channels, and apply this knowledge to inform media strategies and plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of media strategies and plans.
- 7-8 years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and developing talent.
- 2+ years of experience in cross-channel media planning, with a strong understanding of digital media channels and their applications in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools, including Clear Decisions.
- 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical media planning, with a strong understanding of DTC, HCP, and payer marketing channels.
We offer a competitive salary range of $121,000 - $182,500 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
