About the Opportunity

Catholic Health Initiatives seeks a skilled Hemotology/Oncology Physician to provide medical services at our state-of-the-art facility in Pendleton, Oregon. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while contributing to the design and delivery of cost-effective, values-based patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of blood disorders and cancer.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' health needs, develop personalized plans of care, and provide medical services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • You will also participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A graduate degree from an accredited medical program recognized as license eligible for the Oregon State Medical Board is required.
  • Current licensure in the state of Oregon and AHA BLS certification are mandatory.
  • Certifications as required by Medical Staff Credentialing/Bylaws must be obtained.

Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary range of $196,270 - $250,420 per year, along with benefits that may include health/dental/vision coverage, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and annual bonus eligibility.
