About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, registering patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Scheduling: Schedule patients for appointments, procedures, and testing.
  2. Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing patients to appropriate personnel.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of medical experience preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, electronic equipment, and customer service principles.
