About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed practical nurse to join our team in Nashville, TN. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and supervising the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with outside departments to provide teaching and answer questions as needed.
- Attend scheduled departmental meetings to keep the healthcare department informed.
- Provide and supervise orientation to new healthcare department employees and teach current employees as needed.
- Prepare staff nurse schedules and communicate with vendors.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and manage staff needs.
- Take after-hours call-ins and find nursing staff to maintain healthcare coverage.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered LPN.
- Ability to work closely with physicians and prepare healthcare records.
- Maintain healthcare supplies and ensure compliance with regulations.
Compensation
- A competitive salary of $55/hour on 1099 or $49/hour on W-2.
