Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating quotes, handling customer purchase orders, and managing issues related to shipping delays, faulty products, and incorrect prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and timely quotes for customers.
  • Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve issues related to shipping delays, faulty products, and incorrect prices.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and web chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in order processing and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
