  • Maintain good guest relations at all times, attending to the needs of customers professionally and ensuring a secure and compliant dining environment.
  • Ensure daily operations in Front Office run smoothly, overseeing daily cleanliness, safety measures, and assisting in the coordination of special events.
  • Develop and maintain a positive attitude, with an outgoing personality and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all staff members are well-groomed and maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to our company's standards and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with our members and their guests.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of the Front Office.
