Job Title: Night Auditor

Join Sage Hospitality as a Night Auditor and take on a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our hotel operations.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting financial audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and prevent fraud. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and reconcile financial transactions, including cash and credit operations, to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
  • Conduct daily audits of front desk operations, including room charges, phone calls, and other revenue streams.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and providing wake-up calls and paging services as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Accounting background preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
