Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our product introduction plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends in the video surveillance industry and adjacent markets.
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Hanwha's product and solution introduction plan. This includes effectively managing key marketing activities and achieving key milestones while strictly adhering to the launch schedule.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in successfully launching solutions and software-based products in a B2C or B2B company. They will engage with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to understand and enhance product positioning and value.
The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate throughout the product lifecycle, working with teams from strategy and planning to QA and post-launch activities, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product value proposition based on features and attributes and competitive market analysis while translating features and technology into meaningful customer benefits.
- Develop and create strategic messaging framework and collateral to support field salespeople.
- Work with internal and external partners to create and manage the development of required assets across the buyer journey, product launch package, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, sales guides, case studies, website content, video, digital assets, etc.
- Act as the evangelist, thought leader, technology expert, advocate, and brand ambassador for Hanwha products, solutions, and services.
- Travel up to 20%.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in product management/product marketing capacity for an electronics, technology, or related industry.
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field or related discipline. MBA a plus.
- AI and cloud experience.
- Passion, dedication, enthusiasm, creativity, extreme attention to detail, and intelligence.
- Experience collaborating with and managing 3rd party marketing and communications agencies.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously while being able to consistently set and meet deadlines.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Have the confidence to work closely with the company's senior leadership.
