Job Summary

Kimble Companies is seeking a skilled and experienced Class B Residential Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty waste disposal vehicles and collecting waste and recyclable materials.

Our drivers are home every night and must be able to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we offer a bi-weekly performance-based bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CDL drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles in a safe manner, complying with OSHA and DOT requirements, local, state, and federal laws, and Kimble policies.
  • Perform pre-and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and document/report any mechanical or safety issues to supervisors.
  • Immediately notify supervisors of accidents, injuries, or property damage.
  • Maintain and update route sheets and driver logs.
  • Attend scheduled safety meetings, information sessions, and trainings.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A or B CDL driver's license.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of 1-year CDL truck driving experience.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
