Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Expediter/Food Runner to join our team at Enchantment Group Management Company LLC. As an Expediter/Food Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage service is efficient and seamless.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Arrive at scheduled start time in uniform and ready for work, maintaining a neat and pressed appearance.
  2. Collect and set up necessary equipment to perform job duties, including side-work.
  3. Know menu and wine list content to provide accurate information to guests.
  4. Serve guests and internal employees in established standards, ensuring a positive and professional attitude.
  5. Assist in clearing tables as needed and maintain a clean work station at all times.
  6. Report to Food & Beverage Manager before ending work shift, maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers.
  7. Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  8. Know resort layout and work efficiently as a team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to work well with or without direct supervision.
  • Neat and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and a positive attitude towards guests, co-workers, and management.
  • Current food handler's certification.
  • English skills necessary to communicate with guests.
Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Lifting and carrying up to 45 lbs.
  • 50% walking.
  • 35% bending and lifting.
  • 15% standing.
  • Hearing and manual dexterity.
  • Distance vision 1-3 feet.
