  6. Report to the Food & Beverage Manager before ending your shift, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
  7. Act as an ambassador for Enchantment Group Management Company LLC, promoting a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  8. Foster a collaborative work environment by assisting coworkers and other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  9. Stay informed about resort operations and layout to provide accurate information to guests.
  10. Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. You must be able to work well with or without direct supervision, be neat and well-groomed at all times, and possess a positive and professional attitude towards guests, colleagues, and management. Current food handler's certification is also necessary. Prior experience is desired, and English skills are required to communicate effectively with guests.

Physical Demands:

This role requires lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds, with a moderate level of physical activity. You will be required to walk 50% of the time, bend and lift 35% of the time, and stand 15% of the time. Good hearing, manual dexterity, and distance vision are also essential for this position.
