Clinical Mental Health Counselor Position

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Provisional or Fully Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team at Inner Pathways. As a member of our clinical staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, promoting patient well-being and achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in telehealth sessions, utilizing technology effectively to support patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in counseling or related field, including a practicum and internship.
  • Licensure in North or South Carolina as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Schedule Flexibility: In-person and telehealth sessions, allowing for a balance between work and personal life.
