Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Fast Pace Health.

This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, while emphasizing teamwork and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care
  • Provide guidance on quality professional services and patient satisfaction
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications
  • Analyze patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Nursing
  • Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice
